Enjoying a Day at the Spa in Nashville

While I was super excited to head to Nashville for my very first time for a training with Revance Aesthetics (RHA collection of fillers), I was just as excited to check out the new 1 Hotel and enjoy a day at the spa. Check out this urban sanctuary with an ivy facade.

The new Bamford Wellness Spa inside The 1 Hotel Nashville has a clean, balanced aesthetic mixed with elements of nature. There is a selection of holistic treatments, services and experiences intended to nurture the mind, body and soul. The relaxation room was my favorite feature. It opens into an outdoor patio with rocking chairs. It’s serene and relaxing.

I indulged in the Himalayan Salt Ritual. My day began with a salt body scrub application, followed by a warm shower and a Himalayan salt stone massage. To finish off my services, I enjoyed a detoxifying facial and felt so relaxed, I could barely move. 

I did enjoy the sauna room for a bit after my services. I did not go into the steam room, because I didn’t want to sweat off all the yummy moisturizers, spa, and oils on my skin.

I do wish the spa had a whirlpool and an outdoor pool area. I’ve been to other spas that have the luxury of sitting outside near services and ordering lunch, etc. That would have been great.

 The robe was so cozy, it was a must. I’ve never had a robe with a hoodie and sweatshirt material. I’ve used it daily since I’ve been home, reminding me to relax and be balanced.
