I’ve been looking forward to the month of March since last year. Seriously.
the days are getting longer, the sun is brighter and stronger. In Minnesota, I can tell a big difference and it improves my mood and overall outlook.
I also look forward to March for the Spring Equinox. The daylight has been getting longer since the Winter Solstice (December 21st–the shortest day of the year.) The Spring Equinox is March 21st, (the day we have equal sunlight to darkness). Our days will continue to get longer, until we reach the Summer Solstice, June 21st.
I enjoy paying attention and celebrating these quarterly changes in our world. It reminds me of the cycle of life and the fact that life changes, along with weather and sunlight. In Minnesota, we still have plenty of snow and cold days after the Spring Solstice, but knowing the time left of winter is coming to a close, sooner than later.
Travel also helps me survive and I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to do so. Pop over to my blog about my latest tropical adventure to celebrate my 50th in style! Also, read about my latest training experience in Las Vegas at the AmSpa 2023 annual conference–I learned a ton!
May you all enjoy the sun becoming stronger and lingering longer in the sky. Spring is around the corner! We’re close to surviving another extreme cold and dark Minnesota winter, yaaaa!
Notice these changes, Beauties.
Kisses,
Krissy
